Letter To The Editor

Dear Editor:
I greatly appreciated your last article that apprised your readers of the Red Envelope project. The issue of abortion has caused a dichotomy of thought in America; it is such an apposite topic right now. America's history is checkered with grevious sins, but abortion is easily our greatest crime. I am so glad that you agree that it is time to put an end to this. While some believe the idea of the Red Envelope plan actually making a difference is risible, I believe that it is a wonderful possibility for change to take place. It is time to abjure the law that made abortion legal and this might be the first step. While some citizens may feel as though the repeal of the law will take away their rights, there also is a large number of people who execrate abortion and are willing to take a stand against it. I do not believe that by ridding our nation of abortion we will be exculpated of all our crimes, but it definitely is a step in the right direction. Those heading up the Red Envelope project can be protagonists for change in this nation.

Sincerely,
Jennie Carmona
